How to connect and manage projects
How It Works
Power Automate handles all Microsoft authentication. No tokens to manage on this server.

Task created or modified in Planner Automatic
Any change in Planner Premium is detected by Power Automate within 1 minute.

Power Automate sends tasks to this server Automatic
Tasks are sent in correct sequence order and buffered for 10 seconds to ensure all arrive before creating in NetSuite.

NetSuite is updated automatically Automatic
Tasks created in correct sequence, dates updated, completed tasks (100%) marked as Complete in NetSuite.

Register new project here One-time per project
Click + Add Project, enter the exact Planner project name and NetSuite Project ID. Sync starts automatically within 1 minute.
Adding a New Project

Get the Planner project name
Open Planner Premium. Copy the exact project name — e.g.
P70024_My Project. Case and spaces must match exactly.2
Get the NetSuite Project ID
Open NetSuite project. The number after
id= in the URL is the Project ID — e.g. 667666.3
Click + Add Project and fill in both fields
Save. Tasks will start syncing within 1 minute automatically. No further action needed.
Deleting a Task — Follow These 3 Steps
Important: Always follow this exact order. Skipping any step will cause the sync to break for that task.

Delete the task in Planner Manual
Go to Planner Premium → open the project → delete the task. This must be done first.

Delete the task in NetSuite Manual
Go to NetSuite → open the project → find and delete the task manually.

Remove task from sync map here Manual
Go to Projects → click 🗂 Task Map on the project → find the deleted task → click Remove. This cleans the internal sync record so it will not cause errors.
What Syncs Automatically
✅ New task created in Planner → created in NetSuite in correct sequence
✅ Task dates changed → updated in NetSuite within 1 minute
✅ Task marked 100% complete → marked Complete in NetSuite
❌ Task deleted → must be deleted manually from Planner, NetSuite, and Task Map
❌ Task sequence reordered in Planner → sequence not changed in NetSuite
